MyCarMyCar Driver Profile
By submitting this application, I am agreeing to have the Logo, Phone number,
website and any other likeness of a MyCarMyCar Client company installed on my
vehicle with a removable vinyl material. I agree to have the vinyl graphics installed at
the beginning of the term and removed at the end of the term by MyCarMyCar or one
of it’s affiliates. MyCarMyCar Co. has the right to terminate the contract at any time.
Terms and Conditions
Participation in this program is on an at will basis and MyCarMyCar reserves the right
to select participants based on its current business need and to modify or terminate
this offer at any time.  Driver agrees to a term of at least 3 months. Criteria for
selection may include, but is not limited to, driving habits and lifestyle. Upon being
chosen by one of our Clients, you will be asked for your  drivers license number and a
copy of a valid insurance card. Qualification in most states are: 1500 miles or more
per month and 2003 or newer vehicle.  Spot checks on vehicle and odometer
readings will be made prior to compensation to ensure quality condition of graphics
and amount of mileage stated in profile are accurate.
1. How to sign up/selection process
As a potential driver we ask that you complete the questionnaire. Your answers will
provide us with information about you including where you live and work, where you
drive, and where you park.  MyCarMyCar will compile the applications into a database
of potential drivers. Our advertising clients will select the drivers that best meet their
desired needs based on the information you provide. When you are chosen as a
driver, a MyCarMyCar representative will contact you to see if you are available during
the term dates in question. If not, we will put you back in the database and contact you
again as you are chosen by our clients.
2. Eligibility
You must possess a valid U.S. drivers license. MyCarMyCar may run a Motor Vehicle
Records check. MyCarMyCar also reserves the right to randomly inspect the exterior
of the Driver's vehicle for graphic placement and condition. All drivers are responsible
to check with their auto insurance carrier and DMV to verify the validity of their
insurance policy and vehicle registration during their involvement in this program. It is
the driver's responsibility to make sure that any insurance or registration upgrades or
additional coverages are met to allow this form of advertising. By submitting this
online application or signing this contract, you are taking full responsibility for any
additional insurance coverages and registration requirements needed and hold
MyCarMyCar and it's affiliates harmless in the event any issue should arise.
3. Conduct and Rules
As a selected driver, MyCarMyCar and our advertisers are counting on you to continue
to drive and live the way you said you do on the questionnaire. Therefore it is
important to adhere to the following rules and comply with appropriate conduct.
You must:
• Drive approximately the number of miles you said you would.
• Keep the interior and exterior of your vehicle clean.
• Be the primary driver of the vehicle.
• Contact MyCarMyCar to report any accidents, or problems with the graphics.
We ask that you not enter this agreement if you plan on doing any less than usual
driving during the term in question (Going away on vacation, Car going in for lengthy
repairs, etc.)
4. Selected Drivers
A MyCar representative will notify potential MyCar drivers as soon as you are selected
by one of our advertisers.
5. How to have Graphics installed and removed.
You will be notified by a MyCarMyCar representative to let you know where and when
to have the graphics installed and when we will take the advertisement off of your
vehicle. If you choose to remove the graphics yourself, MyCarMyCar is not
responsible for the condition of the vehicle in relation to the graphics. If you choose to
remove graphics during your term, you are responsible for the full cost of the graphics
and the refund of any fees related, including gas cards and graphic work.
6. Termination
Driver understands that the term may be cancelled due to Client/Advertiser contract
termination or non-renewal at anytime after (1) month.  In that case or under similar
circumstances the Driver will be considered to be placed with new Clients as soon
as possible. We appreciate your involvement and we will do our very best to honor
that. If the Client does not renew their contract or discontinues service with
MyCarMyCar for any reason, the Driver will be notified via phone or e-mail and will
have the option of having the graphics removed. If the driver chooses not to have the
graphics removed, they understand that their agreement with MyCarMyCar is
terminated immediately until Client renews or Driver is place with a new Client. They
also understand that compensation will cease as a result of Client termination.
7. MyCarMyCar’s commitment to you
For the length of time the Driver is asked to display one of MyCarMyCar’s
Clients/Advertisers on their vehicle, the Driver will receive a $100 Gas card per month.
MyCarMyCar agrees to deposit funds into the Drivers Gas Account or mail a Gas Card
in the amount of $100 every 30 days that the Driver is asked to participate. Deposits
will be made or Gas Cards will be mailed at the end of each term month.  For
example: Client signs an agreement with MyCarMyCar on the first of the month, your
gas card will be sent or funded at the end of that month or (30 days after graphic
installation).  If the Client renews, the Driver will be contacted and given the option to
renew providing the terms of this agreement have been met.
By submitting this form, I am stating that I fully understand and agree to the terms

Your Profile will be given to Clients looking for Drivers who
best fit the demographic they would like to promote to. We will
NOT give out your contact information (First name ONLY).
